A matter of preference
From what I've seen it's a matter of preference either way. If you are a professional you have to consider that it's something you use all day and the added weight of batteries to the already heavy motor may be worth consideration.Depending on how much you use it and how busy your day is you may use batteries faster than they charge.Then again, the cord really does put some people off.
