1. Electronic Newsletters Policy
   We offer a free electronic newsletter to users who voluntarily subscribe. Sam's Beauty Supplies requires a name and a valid eMail address for users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list at any time by following the link provided at the bottom of every newsletter. This process is automatic and takes effect immediately.
2. Message boards/forums policy
   Users of the site's Message Boards and Forums must identify themselves by supplying a name and valid eMail address before using those services (both are free of charge). This information is confirmed via eMail before privileges are granted. Once confirmed, you can use your password for accessing our services and will have full access to the web site.
3. "eMail this to a friend" policy
   To avoid abuse of our mailing system only registered users will have the option to forward information from this site to a third party via eMail. In order to send the information, the user must supply the third party's eMail address which is used for the sole purpose of directing the eMail. To further reduce the possibility of abuse, new users may be limited on the number or size of information forwarded.
4. Polling
   From time-to-time, you may find interactive polls on this web site. These polls provide us with valuable information on how you and others feel about a given topic and we very much appreciate your input. Opinions or other responses to polls are aggregated and are not identifiable to any particular user.
