*Drink lots of water

*Eat food rich in potassium, iron, calcium and vitamin B. Almonds, garlic, spinach, celery, yogurt, eggs, and seafood.

*Massage cuticles and nails with your finger tips

*Remember to moisturize everyday, preferably with non-scented lotions
