15. BACKORDERS

    Backorders will be shipped when they become available. Some items may require prepayment.

16. SHIPPING

    Canada, Continental US, and U.S. Territories & International - We can ship most items to these locations. Shipping is via Canada Post unless other arrangements made. Special freight services are available when necessary.

17. DELIVERY

    Approximately all orders are shipped within 10 days. Any dates quoted for delivery of special orders are approximate only. We will ensure that all goods are delivered within 30 days of acceptance of your order. If goods cannot be delivered within 30 days we will notify you and agree with you when the goods will be delivered.

    All costs associated with the delivery as quoted by us are to be paid by you with the price of the goods.

18. SHIPPING CLAIMS

    If there is any obvious damage to the shipment, please note it on the Bill of Lading at the time of receipt. Hidden damage should be reported to the carrier immediately. We will assist the customer in any matter arising from damage to the shipment. However, all damages are to be settled between the customer and the carrier.

19. RETURN POLICY

    1. No cash returns, online store credit only
    2. No returns after 14 days of receipt. Customer is liable for return shipping fees
    3. Shipping costs are non refundable
    4. Please contact us prior to returning an item for a Return Authorization Number. This number should be posted clearly on the outside of the package before it will be accepted. We will not accept any returns without this number
    5. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be in original packaging. There will be no returns on electrical, used or damaged product. Scissors, furniture and chemical sales are final
    6. The customer must prepay all shipping of returns. Any applicable customs charges, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the sender. This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.

20. WARRANTY

    All products are warranted by the manufacturer (if any exists) to be free from defects. The customer must prepay all shipping of warranty returns.
